Neighbors say the sudden influx of patrol cars, unmarked vehicles, and investigators marked a dramatic shift from the area’s usual calm.
Residents described the neighborhood as peaceful and primarily home to long-term residents and retirees. One neighbor, Morgan Brown, said the area typically sees little activity at night, which made the focus on overnight hours particularly concerning for those living nearby.
